For Japan With Love {please give what you can}

I have had a very heavy heart this past week. Not an hour goes by that I don't think about the devastation to the beautiful land of Japan and their kind people. They have dealt with one castrophic event after another and the end is not in sight. The earth shook and shifted, was overcome with a flood of water, buildings burned down and now there is a fear of a radioactive meltdown and radiation poisoning all the while trying to search for survivors.

In an effort to raise awareness and funds for this tragedy, I will be participating in a Blogger's Day of Silence tomorrow. Japan needs our help now more than ever to spread the word of their dire situation.

Please visit

and give what you can.

Proceeds benefit Shelter Box USA which provides emergency shelter and lifesaving supplies for families. Inside a shelter box is a tent, blankets, water storage and purification equipment, cooking utensils, a stove, a basic tool kit, a children's activity pack and other vital items. These are all luxuries we take for granted day after day. Each box costs $1,000. Please give what you can to ensure a sweet and loving family overseas has a place to sleep, water to drink, and the means to live in what is still an unknown future for them.
